  • While we strive to display the colors and packaging of our products as accurately as possible on our website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Billing

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or bulk pack without notice.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Perishable Goods, Shipping, and Returns

  • Because our products are food items (perishable goods), we enforce a strict food-safety protocol.
  • Returns: We do not accept returns on opened food pouches due to health, hygiene, and contamination risks. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on personal taste preferences.
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged package, a torn zip-lock pouch, or the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at our official email (habitatworkmail@gmail.com) with clear unboxing photographs or video proof. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • Shipping Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided by our logistics partners. Habit-O Roots is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by weather conditions, transit strikes, or incorrect address inputs provided by the buyer.

5. Proper Product Storage Disclaimer

  • Our products are 100% clean-label and contain zero chemical anti-caking agents or preservatives.
  • Because they are naturally hygroscopic, they can clump if exposed to moisture or steam.
  • Habit-O Roots is not liable for product spoilage, clumping, or degradation resulting from improper storage by the customer (e.g., leaving the zip-lock open, using a wet spoon, or storing in humid conditions after opening).

6. Third-Party Links and Payment Gateways

  • Transactions on our website are processed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways. Habit-O Roots does not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking passwords.
